Delete your VisaCapAlert data

You may request deletion of personal information associated with VisaCapAlert.com at any time.

How to request deletion

Email support@visacapalert.com from the email address you used to register, using the subject Data deletion request.

Please include:

• The email address used for VisaCapAlert
• The country alert you registered for, if known
• Your WhatsApp phone number, if you added WhatsApp on a Premium alert

What happens next

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymise the personal information associated with your account, including your active alert and notification contact details.

Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, fraud-prevention, payment, accounting, or regulatory purposes. Payment card information is processed by Stripe and is not stored by VisaCapAlert.com.

We will confirm when your request has been processed.
